DIY Alignment, Reverse Brake Bleeder, Wilwood D52 Brakes, Airlift ALP4, GM Truck Fair, and New Products!

Here are a few of the things I've been working on this week. If you need help with a build or have questions, call/text 615-578-4540 or email thesimplec10@gmail.com.

Last week was wild! Days before the GM Truck Fair in Greeneville, TN, I decided to upgrade to the Wilwood D52 Factory Style Calipers. This job spiraled into buying new rotors because the old ones has surface rust and a stripped stud. I did get the opportunity to use one of the reverse brake bleeders I've seen online. I also bought a couple self alignment tools from amazon and aligned Lucky myself. Oh, by the way, I recorded the whole thing so be sure to watch the video below! It's a good one for the DIY guys.

GM Truck Fair 2025 | Greeneville, TN

This was my first year attending the GM Truck and I had a blast. I wasn't setup as a vendor, I just came to hang out and be a part of the community and that's exactly what I needed. Greeneville, TN is a beautiful are surrounded by greenery and a small town vibe! The after party at the downtown Greeneville square was my favorite part. Click here to check out more pictures from the show and join us next year!

Southern Illinois Truck Showdown | Marion, IL

Next weekend, August 30th, I'll be setup at the Truck Showdown at Mt. Dew Park in Marion, IL. It's a one day show with a pre-party Friday Night at Level 7 and a post show cruise in at the Marion downtown square. This was one of my favorite shows last year and I can't wait to go again next weekend. There is day of registration so come out and join us! I expect this year to be the biggest show yet!

Personalized Build Plans

Something I offer that you may not be familiar with is a Personalized Build Plan. This is a service I offer where we discuss your build and create a plan together. It happens in three simple steps: 1. Discuss your vision. 2. Create a parts list and build plan. 3. Email the quote with resources and linked DIY videos. It's that easy. This is one of my favorite things to do with people. I get an opportunity to get to know you, the history of your truck, and create a specific plan for your build.

Here's another Personalized Build Plan Story. Austin reached out about his '66 Suburban.

Austin sent this message, "I feel like the more research I do the more lost I get lol....So I'm building a 66 suburban. I don't want to alter the rear floor because I plan on using the factory seats to haul the family. I want to do a c notch and bag it. Where do I start 😆"

This is exactly why I love to help people with their builds. We get to figure this out together! I gave Austin a call later that day and we discussed different options for his build and his overall vision and then we created a detailed plan that included the Simple.C10 Air Ride Kit, Tubular Control Arms, C-Notch, Adjustable Panhard Bar, X-10 Big Brake Kit, and more! He has been putting in work since March and this thing looks awesome. Great job, Austin!

The Lucky Build | Full Build Recap

Square Tank | Composite Air Tank

The tank I installed on Lucky is by far my favorite tank I have ever used. I love the design of the tank with the stainless rods and the powder coated tube. The multiple size fittings and plugs give you a professional and finished look. Purchase the tank here and check out the Youtube Install Video Below.
