This kit is designed to bore out the center of transport wheels to fit your factory hubs. In case you didn’t know, the center of transport wheels are too small to fit directly on a C10. This kit will allow you to fit your transport wheels without using spacers or paying big money for a machine shop to bore them!
A few things to know:
- This bore bracket is designed for 6x5.5 bolt pattern and will not work with any other size wheels. We do not make any other size at this time.
- This kit was designed to work the best with an air ride suspension with a raised bed floor. If you bore your wheels on a lowered truck, it may cause rubbing on your inner wheel tubs.
- If you’re bagging your truck and raising the bed floor, to use factory rear tubs, you will need to have an inch gap in between the bed inner fender and the tub. If you have any questions, contact me.
- This kit will not work with a stepside bed unless you have cut into your inner bed sides. I recommend using this 1 inch spacer:

This wheel boring kit is praised as "straightforward" and "easy to use" for enlarging wheel center holes. Customers said it "worked flawlessly" and includes everything needed. Some noted the importance of going slow to avoid drilling through the jig. One wished washers were included. Most found it cost-effective versus machine shops.
The kit works out. Great. Has everything you need to do the job in the garage
Probably want to use a corded drill or a really good cordless brand that can handle doing this job. It's very straightforward, put the jig on, set, the whole saw down in the jig. And takes out the piece, you need to put them on.

I purchased the c10 aligning tool to bore out center hole from Travis for mid 90's k10 aluminum factory wheels to use on my tandem axel 16 foot trailer. it worked very well and I strongly urge you to purchase if you need to bore out center of wheel for larger hub. much less than taking to a machine shop and very easy to use!

The product is exactly as described and shown on the YouTube video. I replaced the four thin 3/8 washers with extra thick 3/8 washers that I purchased from the hardware store so that I won't accidentially cut the tool when cutting.
The kit arrived quickly and was easy to use. Took my time and allowed the saw to cut without much pressure. Use plenty of lubricant. Worked great. Travis is the best.

The simple bore worked flawlessly the only thing I would suggest is that it would be nice if it came with washers.

Worked great just don't be like me and go to fast and drill thru jig. Woops. Go slow and stop once ring pops loose from wheel.
Great tool does exactly what it’s suppose to do. 10/10 recommend if you want transport wheels on your early c10

I couldn't use it, i needed a setup for a ford bronco. I took the wheels to a machine shop
I have not used the jig itself yet but just tested out the alignment and everything is on point. Probably will need it when I do a 1ton swap on my Yota. Yes you heard My Yota not C10 haha.
