60-66 SIMPLE.GUIDE | Inner Fender Template

We have all heard the saying “measure twice, cut once.” That’s a great saying, IF you know where to measure to start with. 😂 I’ve spent time designing templates to help you measure and get the perfect cut.. the first time! I’m calling the templates “SIMPLE.GUIDES”. The very first guide will be used for getting the perfect cut on your inner fenders. 

Most of you know to lay out on these trucks you need to buy inner fenders (which is very expensive) or fabricate your inner fenders to allow room for the wheels. That’s exactly what this guide will do! You simply cut out the guide, use the printed measurements to align it properly, then make your marks. That’s it. 

The inner fender kit is designed for 60-66 C10s that have air ride running 255/30/22 wheel tire or smaller with transport wheels. This will work great with any wheel/tire smaller than 29 inches total.

If you’re not running transport wheels with a 6 inch backspacing, you may have to trim further out on your inner fender and the inside of your hood. Another option that may help is an 8 inch wide wheel or upgrading to a narrow porterbuilt control arm.
