Installing a tilt bed is super simple with these Bad Oman Classics zero interference billet hinges! This one-of-a-kind design allows for 95 degrees of travel allowing you to have full access to everything located under your bed floor. The universal design allows you to install to 1x1 tubing and is easily adapted to most applications.

Assembled from laser cut 1/4 inch stainless steel, utilizing thrust bearings and anti-wear self lubricating washers for tight tolerance and smooth function. 

These hinges were designed  for the lifting wood bed in trucks to access the fuel system, battery, and axle. Built by a builder who has first hand experience on what works.
