Simple Shocks

Finally a budget friendly kit to install hood shocks on your factory inner fenders!

If you're installing air ride on your C10 and have cut your inner fenders, you're probably wondering "How do I keep the hood up?!?!" Great question! In the past, I've shared a few different solutions. You can use a 3/4 inch pipe and prop it up (Most cost effective, but a pain in the butt!) You could also go out and spend $425 on a pair of Switch Suspension Hood Hinges. 

I have a step-by-step video located below on how to install these. When you purchase this kit, you will receive the shock, brackets, and all the hardware needed to have shocks on your truck in less than an hour! If you can drill a few holes and use a wrench, you can have shocks on your truck in no time. 

What comes in the kit:
- 2 Heavy Duty Gas Struts
- Hardware for Shocks (Nuts, Washers, Rivets)
- 2 Hood Mounting Brackets
- 2 Fender Reinforcement Brackets

This kit is designed for 60-66 C10s with factory inner fenders. This kit was designed to partner with the "SIMPLE.GUIDES" inner fender template.
